Primal Kettlebell Interval Circuit

As discussed in our 14 Day Guide to Effortless Weight Loss, Unlimited Energy & Increased Productivity, HIIT training is one of the most effective forms of exercise for fat loss. One study involving type 2 diabetic showed that just 8 weeks of HIIT training was able to reduce participants' abdominal fat by 44%. Our kettlebell circuit is an HIIT style workout lasing less than 10 minutes.

Complete the interval circuit as listed below 3-5 times per week for optimal results.

Primal Kettlebell Interval Circuit

- 10 Kettlebell Swings

- 5 Overhead Presses

- 5 Squats

- 5 Clean Lift (each arm)

- 10 Kettlebell Swings

Repeat circuit 3 times, taking a 1 minute break between each circuit

After completing 3 circuits, jump on a rebounder for 5 minutes as a cool-down.
