Primal Fight Night Foods

PRIMAL FIGHT NIGHT FOODS
So you want to go out to watch the big fight/game with some friends but you don't want to go out to a bar and sacrifice your health and nutrition goals by poisoning yourself with the toxic food and drinks that are provided?
Any sports fan that is living within the confines of the primal lifestyle has probably been in this situation. Of course, you can still go to the bar/restaurant with your friends and refrain from eating and drinking. However, temptation often time sets in and you find yourself struggling to avoid all of the provocative, hyper palatable foods that your friends are indulging in. If you are struggling to avoid these foods , it's quite possible that the stress you are creating by avoiding the foods is actually more harmful to your health than eating the food with your friends and enjoying the atmosphere !
What if you were able to indulge in the fight night foods that you love without the guilt and harmful effects on your health?
There are plenty of Primal approved recipes that you can indulge in to get that fight night food "fix" without the guilt. Even if you have friends who don’t like "healthy food", these recipes are crowd pleasers across the board. It’s truly a win-win situation for everyone involved. You get to watch the fight/game and eat foods that you are comfortable with and your friends are getting all of the benefits of primal recipes without even having to know that the food is "healthy".
Listed below is 5 of my favorite Primal Fight Night foods. At Primal Example, we do not measure out any ingredients. We leave room for consumer preference. The serving sizes are simply recommendations so feel free to improvise to fit your preference.
